The sobbing of single men around the world was heard a few weeks ago when Molly Sims, the stunning actress and jewelry designer, became officially engaged to her boyfriend of a year and a half, film producer Scott Stuber, 42.
Molly, 38, caught up with In Touch at the Bent On Learning 3rd Annual Charity Benefit and 10th Anniversary at Donna Karan?s Urban Zen Center in NYC. The gorgeous supermodel glowed as she showed In Touch her engagement ring, and she couldn?t wait to share her joy. ?He makes me laugh,? Molly confessed. "He?s just the best.?
And how does it feel to be engaged? ?Well, I keep looking down and my hand and going ?Holy!? ? Molly laughed.? It?s fun to find a partner. Someone you can rely on, someone you have fun with, someone you laugh with and someone who? they just get you! And he?s 6'4"!?
And Molly shared that the proposal was as perfect as her future hubby, but it came as a total surprise as she had sold her home the very day he popped the question. ?He was romantic! He is romantic!? she smiled. ?He got down on one knee in my closet the day I closed escrow on my house. He just did it! And he flew my parents out!?
?I was very surprised? Molly added. ?I was showing him my closet. I had just closed escrow on my house and I was nervous, and I had moved into his house. So I was like, look at what I did with the closet. I used every inch of space. We just redid his house, so we?re there now, with my new closet. I closed escrow the day he proposed!?
Molly explained that she would like to have a ?medium?-sized wedding. ?I?ve gathered a few people along the way and so has he,? she said. ?You know, we just want it to be fun.?
And has the fashionista picked a wedding dress yet? ?I?m getting there!? she laughed.
